Practical Pension & Financial Services, Inc.'s primary focus is to provide a high level of service to its clients who are sponsors of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Each retirement plan we service is designed to meet the immediate needs of the specific client; considering the type of business it is, demographics of its workforce, number of employees, etc. Over time, each our clients will have experienced some type of change, be it growth in business, the local or national economic environment, technology changes - all of which will require updating its retirement plan. Matthew Fisher, principal pension consultant at PP&F, has been continuously employed in the field of retirement plans for over 24 years. His background includes a degree in Accounting, with emphasis on taxation. It also includes many years experience with insurance, trust and estate-planning issues, and finance and investments; all of which require necessary State and Federal licenses be maintained and continuing education requirements be met annually.
Our Client Base
The firm currently maintains approximately 100 full-service clients and has provided Pension Evaluation services for over 500 attorneys throughout the Northeast. Growth of client base has increased substantially in the last thirteen years with no direct solicitation on the part of Practical Pension. All new business has been acquired by way of word of mouth and through a referral network of accountants, attorneys and insurance and investment brokers.
To better service our clients, we utilize the best computer assisted technology possible. In an attempt to reduce overall paperwork and time, the firm updates, adds and utilizes sophisticated software for all of its applications.
